Vanmali Srijan Peeth, an institution dedicated to the creative contribution and memory of the renowned storyteller, educationist and thinker Late Jagannath Prasad Choubey ‘Vanmali’, awards authors whose works have democratic and human values in the contemporary story scenario. In addition to eight poetry collections, Mathur has eight books of fiction to her credit. To promote UK based authors internationally, she has edited several critically acclaimed anthologies.
To counter the pandemic mental health and to hold the international community of Hindi writers together as a family, Mathus has organized nearly one hundred programmes since the Lockdown began.
